Whats Happening to my Dreaming?

I'm really confused at the moment, at first when i start 'attempting' to go to sleep, i can think of something and it comes into my mind until i fully fall asleep, but the thing is, when i fully fall asleep, i dont really dream!. i just see a Black background for like (what it feels like) 25 seconds and then i wake up about 9-12 hours later. im kind of sceptic since i tried lucid dreaming before but got lazy and stopped trying, but this has started happening just alittle bit before i tried lucid dreaming
. can someone please tell me whats happening?
For Extra info, im male and turning 15 in a month, Please Help!!.

try just sleeping a lot, if you have time, when you wake up, just stay in bed and relax or read something difficult to understand. the more i sleep, the more i dream. i dream a lot probably every night, but i never tried lucid dreams on purpose, so try not to do that any more, after a while, maybe things will get back to normal.
