Huge pimple… Help pleaseee?!?

It's kinda broken at the skin.. I tried toothpaste while i slept, but it didn't really help..I have high school orientation today,, where they also take your yearbook picture. I need it to go AWAY by the afternoon.. Like, 3:30. Seriously. I can't go with this.
Any ways that will at least make it go down to where i can put make up on it? I usually don't use makeup, but it i can just get it small enough to cover up. Any ideas, thanks

Take a long steamy shower then use warm compression with a hot face cloth. That should help to bring it to a head. Then pop it and use tea-tree oil. Then cover with makeup and keep clean.
